VARIETY OF PRINTED MATERIAL, INK AND COLOUR LABELS
PrecisionCore micromechanical activation element eliminates many restrictions regarding the material, which thermal systems have. It allows to create more colourful label and lasting ink composition, in which the concentration of dyes and binders is higher than in the composition of ink in thermal ink systems. Moreover, it allows to print colour labels on a much broader variety of materials.
COMPARISON OF THERMAL AND PIEZO PRINTHEAD TECHNOLOGY
Small resistors in thermal ink printers produce heat to evaporate the ink and create a bubble in the ink tank. The bubble expands and a drop of ink is forced out of the nozzle.
Piezo system uses piezo crystals, which are located in the back part of each ink tank secondary nozzle. Crystals receive a slight electric charge, causing crystals to change their form, therefore creating a pressure for forcing out a drop of ink from the nozzle.
THERMAL PIEZO PRINTHEAD TECHNOLOGY | THERMAL PRINTHEAD TECHNOLOGY
It means that using the piezoelectric technology, during the firing of the ink droplets no heat is generated and piezoelectric printheads ensure longer service life and greater accuracy, as well as allows to control the droplet size forced out from the nozzle. |
PRECISIONCORE LINEHEAD
PrecisionCore linehead with increased nozzle density is the key component behind the high resolution and high speed of the C7500 series printer. |
COLOUR LABEL PRINTER C7500 PRINTING SPEED
High resolution Epson printing microchips integrate one of the world's fastest ink printing technologies, which ensures great results inch by inch.
PrecisionCore piezo elements each fire nearly 50,000 times per second, allowing to print high quality colour labels at a speed of 300 mm/s. In addition, higher colour label printing speed and higher productivity brings more profit.
COLOUR LABEL PRINTER C7500 QUALITY
PrecisionCore has up to triple the nozzle density of conventional Epson piezo printheads. These nozzles are roughly 20 microns in diameter and deliver small, round, repeatable dots about 40 microns across, ensuring ultra-high resolution of 600 x 1200 dpi. This dot precision is particularly important for creating sharp text and fine lines, therefore colour label printer C7500 is perfect for printing text written in small letters, small graphical elements and barcodes.
Colour label printer C7500 comes with a number of features that ensures self-maintenance of the printer. Therefore, the users can always get flawless colour labels with minimal interference into the operation of the printer.
COLOUR LABEL PRINTER C7500 SELF-MAINTENANCE
Whenever the printer needs to carry out internal maintenance, there's no need to cut the paper or interrupt label production. The printhead has two positions – 'print' and 'home' – and it simply moves to the required position while maintenance takes place. Therefore the downtime is reduced and the speed of colour label printing is restored.
COLOUR LABEL PRINTER C7500 NOZZLE VERIFICATION TECHNOLOGY (NVT)
NVT | DOT SUBSTITUTION FUNCTION
Nozzle Verification Technology automatically verifies and cleans nozzles, or compensates for any blockage using dot substitution function - larger ink droplets are ejected from the adjacent nozzles to cover the same area. Therefore, the users can always count on good colour label printer results without interrupted operation for manual repair of the printer. | Blocked nozzles are normally fixed and back in action quickly and automatically, but should a nozzle remain blocked, there’s no reduction in print quality. This is because the neighbouring nozzles can print larger ink droplets to cover the relevant print area. |
SIMPLE INSTALLATION OF COLOUR LABEL PRINTER C7500
Colour label printer includes an Epson software InstallNavi, which allows even novice users to set up an initial colour label printer easily. Colour label printer helps the user to perform each step, ensuring that both physical installation and configuration of colour label printer and its printed material is carried out correctly. In addition to the software InstallNavi, Microsoft Windows drivers are available for colour label printer C7500, which allow to print in any Windows application easily.
